Orlando Elevator was professional and helpful when Hampshire House Condominium purchased a new elevator including the modernization. The board primarily dealt with Gerry the sales manager. He was excellent. Also, Chris the president was involved in the installation and the team of installers did an excellent job. Although the company is relatively new the employees have a long history in the elevator industry.

I signed with Orlando Elevator after having a terrible experience with TKE. I can’t begin to describe how easy it’s been having Orlando Elevator as our vendor. They’re so easy to work with and our account manager, Chris, is so attentive and easy to reach. All the techs we’ve had onsite have been wonderful. I manage several buildings and I’m at ease knowing we have a trusted elevator vendor, like Orlando Elevator, at our Orlando location.

We were very unhappy with our old service company so we called Orlando Elevator, they gave us a proposal very quickly for maintenance and Modernization. I could tell right away that their service was at a higher standard than the other company. It’s been almost a year now and we are very happy with them!
